Why is there a puppy placement questionnaire? Our goal is to place our darling pups in loving, forever homes. The questionnaire will assure us that you are prepared to commit to this dog, as well as give us specifics about your family and lifestyle that will be vital in helping us match your pup to you. The more I know about you, better the match will be! Please make sure that your questionnaire has been approved before your make your deposit.
